Plain Language Summary

Free quiz: We are a lead generation business. If you actively consent, we pass your details to selected astrology/spiritual Partners who may contact you commercially. Partners pay us — that funds the free quiz. Accepting these Terms is NOT consent. Withdraw any time at no cost.

Buying our products: We are the seller. Subscriptions renew automatically — we always show price, interval, and cancellation rights before you confirm. Cancel any time. At least 14 days’ notice before we suspend for non-payment.

Everyone: All astrology content is for entertainment only. Wyoming law governs. Your mandatory rights under applicable US federal and state law are never overridden.

PART A — GENERAL TERMS

1. Who We Are

1.1 Celestial Connection LLC (“Celestial Connection”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1.2 We operate the Platform at celestial-connection.com. Contact: dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com

1.3 Parent company: Celestial Connection LLC is wholly owned by Novarion B.V. (Morgenweg 49, 5406NJ Uden, Netherlands). Both entities are operated by the same management team and are joint data controllers for privacy purposes — see our Full Privacy Policy at celestial-connection.com/privacy-policy-2.php. Novarion B.V. is not a contracting party to these Terms, is not a seller of the products pr services on the Platform, and assumes no contractual liability to users under these Terms. All contractual claims relating to the Platform lie solely against Celestial Connection LLC.

2. How These Terms Apply

2.1 These Terms apply: Part B (free quiz); Part C (direct purchases); Parts A and D (all users).

2.2 A purchase contract is formed when you click “Confirm Order” or “Subscribe” after seeing price, billing interval, and cancellation rights.

2.3 By accessing the Platform you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

2.4 Mandatory consumer protection laws of the United States (federal and your state of residence) always apply and cannot be overridden by these Terms.

PART B — LEAD GENERATION SERVICE (FREE QUIZ)

3. What the Free Quiz Is

Please read this section before submitting your details.

3.1 The free quiz is a lead generation service. When you submit your details and actively consent, Celestial Connection LLC transfers your data to selected third-party Partners. Partners pay us for receiving qualified leads — this funds the free quiz.

3.2 If you consent, you are paying with permission to share your data with Partners for commercial marketing — not with money.

3.3 We are a lead generator, not the seller of Partner products. Any commercial relationship with a Partner is governed by that Partner’s own terms.

4. Consent — Separate and Affirmative

4.1 Consent for Partner data sharing:

• is a separate, active, affirmative step at quiz submission — distinct from acceptance of these Terms;

• is entirely voluntary;

• if withheld, your data is not shared with Partners;

• can be withdrawn at any time, at no cost, with no negative consequence.

4.2 Completing the quiz, submitting your email, or accepting these Terms is NOT consent to Partner data sharing.

5. Data Shared; Opt-Out

5.1 Data shared with Partners on consent: full name; date of birth; email; gender; country; quiz answers and interests.

5.2 Withdraw consent at any time: (a) unsubscribe link in any Partner email; (b) celestial-connection.com/data-processing-consent-withdrawal.php; (c) dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com.

5.3 Upon withdrawal: transfers stop within 24–72 hours; Partners notified. Not retroactive for data Partners already received.

5.4 California Residents: Transfer to Partners = “sale”/“sharing” under CCPA/CPRA. Opt out: celestial-connection.com/data-processing-consent-withdrawal.php.

6. Our Responsibilities; Partner Liability

6.1 Partners are contractually required to: (a) use your data only for disclosed purposes; (b) comply with all applicable law including CAN-SPAM and applicable state privacy laws; (c) honour opt-out requests promptly; (d) indemnify Celestial Connection LLC for claims from their own unlawful conduct.

6.2 Once Partners receive your data they are independent data controllers. Billing disputes, refunds, and complaints about Partner products go directly to the Partner.

6.3 Celestial Connection LLC is not liable for Partner products or communications except where it had actual knowledge of unlawful Partner conduct and failed to act reasonably.

PART C — OUR OWN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

7. Overview — Direct Sales

7.1 Celestial Connection LLC sells its own astrology products, subscriptions, and digital content. Your full consumer rights under applicable US law apply.

7.2 Two product types: Subscriptions (recurring billing — Section 8); One-off purchases (Section 9).

7.3 Before any purchase we show you: full price including applicable taxes; description; billing interval; cancellation rights.

8. Subscriptions

Formation and Trials

8.1 Contract formed at “Confirm” / “Subscribe” after seeing price, interval, and cancellation rights.

8.2 Free trials: duration and post-trial price clearly stated; no charge during trial; auto-converts unless cancelled before end; reminder at least 3 days before trial ends.

Automatic Renewal — US Auto-Renewal Law Compliance

8.3 Subscriptions renew automatically. Consistent with California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606 and analogous state auto-renewal laws:

• Annual subscriptions: at least 30 days’ advance email notice of renewal date, amount, and how to cancel.

• Monthly subscriptions: at least 5 days’ advance email notice.

Price Changes

8.4 At least 30 days’ written notice before any price increase. Cancel before new price takes effect: no penalty, pro-rata refund of prepaid period.

Cancellation

8.5 Cancel at any time; takes effect at end of current billing period; no early termination fees. Cancel the same way you subscribed. California residents: cancel via online account settings per California Business and Professions Code § 17602, or by contacting dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com.

Conformity

8.6 Service must conform to our description. If not: (1) contact us to request a remedy; (2) if unremedied — price reduction or refund for unused prepaid period.

9. One-Off Purchases

9.1 Contract formed at “Confirm Order” after reviewing price, description, and delivery terms. Digital content delivered promptly after payment. One-off purchases do not renew. If digital content does not conform, contact dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com.

10. Billing and Failed Payments

10.1 Prices shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.

10.2 Failed payment process: immediate email notice; no immediate suspension; retry within 3–5 business days; if retry fails, notify and retry at next billing cycle; if outstanding 2 billing cycles — at least 14 days’ written notice before suspension.

10.3 Dispute a charge: email dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com before initiating a chargeback. Response within 10 business days.

11. Consumer Withdrawal / Cancellation Rights

11.1 US Consumers: cancel subscriptions at any time per Section 8.5. Refund requests for one-off digital purchases evaluated fairly — contact dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com.

11.2 EU Consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Email dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com with “Notice of Withdrawal”, name, order reference, and date. Refund within 14 days by original payment method, no fee.

11.3 EU Digital Content Waiver: immediate digital access requires an explicit, separate, active waiver of the right of withdrawal. Never assumed or pre-selected.

11.4 UK Consumers: analogous rights under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

PART D — GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

12. Acceptable Use

12.1 Prohibited: reproducing/distributing Platform content without permission; reverse engineering; bots/scrapers; unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use; transmitting malware; false identity; accessing if under 18; violating applicable law. We may suspend or terminate for prohibited activity with notice where proportionate; immediately in serious cases.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All IP in the Platform belongs to Celestial Connection LLC or its licensors. Limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal non-commercial use only.

14. Entertainment Disclaimer

All astrology, horoscope, tarot, clairvoyance, and similar content — whether produced by Celestial Connection LLC or by Partners — is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other professional advice. No guarantees are made as to accuracy, reliability, or outcome. By using the Platform you confirm you are 18 or older and use all content at your own discretion and risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Platform provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.

15.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CELESTIAL CONNECTION LLC EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM USE, INTERRUPTIONS, INACCURATE CONTENT, PARTNER ACTIONS, OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

15.3 Nothing limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or intentional misconduct; (c) any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable US federal or state law. Some US states do not permit limitation of certain warranties — in those states, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Force Majeure

16.1 Not liable for failures from events beyond our reasonable control. Force majeure lasting 30+ consecutive days: either party may terminate; we refund prepaid amounts for the undelivered period.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17.2 Informal resolution first: contact dpo@mg.celestial-connection.com. Acknowledge within 5 business days; aim to resolve within 30 business days.

17.3 If informal resolution fails: state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or — at a US consumer’s election — the courts of the consumer’s state of residence.

17.4 No mandatory arbitration clause is in effect. Any future introduction will require 30 days’ prior written notice and an opt-out right.

17.5 EU Consumers: retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence and all rights under applicable EU law. EU ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

17.6 UK Consumers: retain the right to bring proceedings in English and Welsh courts and all rights under applicable UK law.

17.7 California Residents: nothing in these Terms limits rights under California consumer protection statutes, including CCPA/CPRA and auto-renewal law.

18. Changes, Assignment and General

18.1 Material changes: at least 30 days’ email notice. Cancel without penalty; refund for prepaid period after change date if you do not accept.

18.2 Assignment: we may assign to another entity assuming all obligations with 30 days’ notice. If assignment materially changes your position, you may terminate with pro-rata refund.

18.3 Severability: invalid provisions modified or severed; remainder continues. No waiver: failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

18.4 Entire agreement: these Terms + Privacy Notice (celestial-connection.com/privacy-policy.php) + Full Privacy Policy (celestial-connection.com/privacy-policy-2.php) + Cookie Policy (celestial-connection.com/cookie-policy.php).
